Life Care Planning
As a Registered Nurse for over 15 years, Jessica the Legal Nurse Consultant LLC has been producing nursing care plans. Nursing care plans are a vital part of the nursing process. Nursing care plans provide a centralized document of the patient's condition, diagnosis, the nursing team's goals and measure of the patient's progress.
Nursing care plans are methodical to captivate all the significant information for the nursing team in one place. All of this information and updates, ensure that everything important is documented and available for all team members involved.

A life care planner is an expert who works closely with individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries or those with chronic illnesses, including psychological disorders. Their primary responsibility is to assess the future care needs of these individuals and develop comprehensive care plans individualized to their specific requirements.

To deliver their role effectively, life care planners conduct thorough evaluations of the individual’s medical history, current condition, and prognosis. They collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and specialists to gain an extensive understanding of the individual’s needs. This comprehensive assessment enables them to anticipate the medical, therapeutic, and support services required in the future.

The life care planner must practice in an ethical manner and follow the Code of Ethics of their respective profession, role, certifications and credentials.
